Layoffs and offshoring record

Two public records, shown next to the H-1B data above. Neither one says anything about H-1B workers. They are listed because the same organization appears in all three.

State layoff notices (WARN)

Employers planning a mass layoff or closure must notify the state. We found 5 notices that match this organization's name, covering 731 employees in total, of which 297 are in notices dated on or after October 1, 2025 (the start of the FY2026 H-1B filing period).

A WARN notice reports a planned layoff or closure at a site. It does not say who was laid off, why, or that anyone held a visa. These come only from the state agencies' own lists, for Texas (from January 2023), California (from July 2022), New Jersey (from January 2023), Washington (searched by employer name). Other states are not included, so a total here is a floor, and an absence of notices means nothing. Each state's notice covers workers at that state's own sites, so one round of layoffs can appear in several states' lists on the same date. This page adds up the notices as filed and does not treat them as a single event.

Federal Trade Adjustment Assistance certifications (DOL)

The U.S. Department of Labor's Trade Adjustment Assistance program investigated petitions from worker groups who lost jobs. For this organization it certified 8 petitions between 2010 and 2021, with an estimated 708 workers covered and these countries named in DOL's records: Philippines, Poland, India.

Source: DOL Office of Trade Adjustment Assistance petition records, 1975 to 2022 (the program's authorization lapsed July 1, 2022). A certification is DOL's finding that a worker group's job losses were related to trade, for example imports or a shift of production or services to another country. "Est. workers" is DOL's estimate of workers separated from trade-affected employment; per DOL it includes reductions through attrition and is not a calculation of layoffs. DOL reissues a determination whenever it is revised, so estimates can differ between versions; a range means the versions disagree. The records name no H-1B workers and say nothing about who replaced anyone. Each TA-W link opens DOL's determination notice in the Federal Register, which lists the petition number, firm, location and impact date; the notice may cover many other companies.

Ceiling
"Requested positions" is the number of workers the employer listed on its applications. It is a ceiling the employer asks for on a filing, not a count of people hired.
Legal
Filing H-1B applications is lawful. Nothing on this page alleges wrongdoing. DOL's file flags none of these filings as "willful violator."
Layoffs
The layoff and offshoring records are matched to this organization by name and were each confirmed by a person. State WARN notices and DOL certifications describe job losses at the organization; they do not identify who lost a job, and they do not say that H-1B workers were involved. Putting them on the same page is not a claim that one caused the other.
Data

Employers are matched by federal tax ID; the Hub publishes only the last four digits plus a name, so its figure is matched on both and may be incomplete. Page generated October 22, 2026.
