The Evidence

Every company on this page is a client of Cognizant Technology Solutions — the largest H-1B body shop in America. The data comes from the SECONDARY_ENTITY_BUSINESS_NAME field in the Department of Labor's own disclosure records: the field where Cognizant is legally required to name the company where the H-1B worker will actually work. These aren't anonymous statistics. These are named corporations, making a deliberate choice to import foreign labor through a staffing middleman rather than hire American workers — or pay market wages to the ones they do hire.

The Systematic Strategy

Using a single body shop could be explained away as a vendor relationship. Using 7, 8, or 9 simultaneously — Cognizant AND Infosys AND Tata AND Wipro AND HCL AND Accenture AND EY all placing workers inside your company at the same time — is a deliberate, systematic strategy to replace your American IT workforce with cheaper imported labor. There is no other explanation.
