"Total Workers Requested" sums TOTAL_WORKER_POSITIONS across every LCA filing for the employer — not the single largest filing. An employer with many smaller filings can rank above one with one large filing, and vice versa.
"Certified Only" (default) excludes withdrawn and denied applications, matching the convention used elsewhere on this site. Switching to "All" includes every filing regardless of outcome, which will inflate totals for employers with high denial/withdrawal rates.
An LCA is a request to hire, not a guarantee of an actual hire — some positions go unfilled, and some workers may already be in the U.S. on a prior visa. Figures reflect applications filed, not confirmed placements.
